Wrestlers Bring Home the Gold

The Molokai High School Wrestlers competed at the MIL championships on Maui this weekend. The girls team finished second overall, and the boys finished fourth overall. There were ten wrestlers who qualified for the state tournament this coming weekend.

1st Place – Kaila’oe Cabating (107lbs); Desiree Corpuz (113lbs); Alexandria Simon (119lbs); Rizpah Torres-Umi (127lbs)

2nd Place – Karley Kaulili (111lbs); Rizpah Torres-Umi (137lbs); Cendall Manley (142lbs); Noah Caparida 142lbs); Solomon Maliu (173lbs); Rusty Nakayama (217lbs)

3rd Place – Sierra Pico (123 lbs); Saydee Makaiwi-Samitara (132lbs); Alika Kaahanui (147lbs)
