Theraputic Thanks

Pakolea Rehab Inc. (Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapy), Dr. Shauna Russell, DPT and Dr. Suzann Wojciechowski, OTR, would like to thank the community for its support during its grand opening held on May 7, 2011. The facility and staff was graced by the presence and blessing of Kahu Anna Lou Arakaki, who said the facility emulates the “good it brings to the community.” Following the blessing, ono food was shared by everyone while the crowd was serenated with the beautiful voices of “Melva” and “Baba” Hanohano. 

The day would have not been a success without the support and kokua of the following individuals: Aunty Ana Lou Arakaki, Linda and Kiki Russell, Haaheo and Kalele Logan, Ron and Tania Joao, “Melva” and “Baba” Hanohano, “Bobo” and “Ekolu” Greenleaf Jr, Edwina Coucolidis, Alan Tancayo, Ioane Oneha, Cleve Kaahanui, Kiaka Mollena and Ryan Johnston.

Pakolea Rehab Inc. is located next to the Mini Mart in Kaunakakai. Pakolea Rehab Inc. originally opened office on Maui in September 2009, and has expanded its services to Molokai last year, out of the Molokai Community Rural Health Association office also known as “Wai Ola O Hina.” Pakolea Rehab Inc. has since expanded its services with the compliment of hand and swallowing dysfunction therapy and pediatric services. All therapists are state certified.

Pakolea Rehab Inc. is open Mondays-Fridays, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.  Stop in anytime between the hours of operation for a quick tour or just to say hello and learn more about our services.
