Technology Specialist Offers Local Services

John Puaoi, IT Specialist News Release

Aloha Kakou! My name is John Puaoi and I’m an IT Specialist here on Molokai. I was born and raised here and over the years I picked up skills involving technology. So about a year ago I decided that I wanted to start my own business and use the skills I have attained to help the people and local businesses of Molokai.

Examples of the services I offer are fixing desktop computers, building customized computers from scratch, installing software and hardware (printers, routers, etc.), troubleshooting random types of issues on a range of different devices. Any device, any technological issue is my issue.

I offer a monthly maintenance service at $20 per month for computers and other devices, which keeps them optimized and running as they should. You’ll avoid slowdowns and keep your device in optimal health. This is very useful especially for older devices.

My main focus though is building websites that solve business problems, meets the needs of customers and ultimately helps a business grow. I can create from scratch or redesign a current one to better meet your needs.

A website is absolutely essential for a business in this day and age, especially with the increase in the use of mobile devices. I’d say 80 percent of customers find a business or service they need online and do so from their smartphone. So having an online presence that’s accessible with a mobile device is crucial to the success of your business.

I started this business because I wanted to do something that would help people. If there is anything I can do to better someone’s life, I want to do it. Yes, this is a business, it is a source of income but it’s all secondary. My primary focus is helping you to solve a problem.
