Support MOC and Win a Turkey

Molokai Occupational Center (MOC) will tell you to “go stuff it” when you win a free Thanksgiving turkey on Nov. 17.

We have so much to be thankful for this year as we remember the many families that have come into our Thrift Store every Halloween to create a memorable outfit or the many professional ladies who find a silk blouse with a designer tag still on. Working computers have been donated by customers that go into the hands of high schoolers for $50. Guys find leftover building materials on occasion, and we are still waiting the other side of an Air Jordan size 11 shoe in perfect condition (no speck of Molokai dirt even).

Our car wash staff has washed every fancy car on Molokai this year: the beautiful Hummer, the souped up truck with fancy decals and the entire fleet of police cars.
Molokai cruisers get the same attention as all traces of four wheelinʼ red dirt are just a memory.

Have you noticed that One Alii Parks have gotten TLC from our yard crew? Every week keawe beans are neatly raked up, even the dirt gets zen-like attention. It all gets done for the enjoyment of our families who celebrate every occasion there.

MOC has been providing sheltered employment training for intellectually disabled adults since 1993. These adults are the “rock stars” of MOC and our world revolves around them.

Happy Thanksgiving Molokai and thank you for supporting us! Come shop Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Sign up today to win a turkey. It’s got your name on it, then “go stuff it!”
