Support ‘Ainapa’a Wrestling Team

First established in May 2022, five aspiring young ladies were motivated and determined to explore their mental and physical strength in the fast-growing sport of wrestling. With the support of committed parents, the opportunity to compete in competitive tournaments on Oahu, Maui, Utah, and Las Vegas was presented which opened a door for more talented wrestlers on Molokai to participate. 

ʻAinapa’a, the land is our foundation, is our foundation striving to offer core values that will inspire growth, knowledge, family, discipline, and a safe space to project positivity, goodness, and prosperity. The benefits of participating in this sport are the ability to face unpredictable scenarios with grace, dignity, and respect with high self-esteem and confidence on and off the mat. We’re here to strive to be pa’a in everything, be and do the very best, to remain mentally, physically, and spiritually strong and believe in our motto, “neva give up!” 

ʻAinapaʻa Wrestling Team recognizes the importance of establishing a partnership with our local supporters to promote student-athletes and the sport of wrestling. We appreciate the support of our local business this past year as it is with their generous support that we could provide amazing experiences. Traveling inter-island and to the mainland is very expensive and we’re seeking donations from our wonderful community partners like you. Funds will help pay for traveling expenses.

Sponsorship and donor opportunities for 2023-24 wrestling season include the Ulu Plan, any amount up to $750, which is for a hosted tournament placement on Sept. 9. Additionally, the Kukui Leaf Plan, $750 and up, is for a hosted tournament placement on Sept. 9, a facility placement for one year, or participated events for one year.
