New Service at Business Center

May 4-8 is Small Business Week and to celebrate the occasion we are proud to announce a new service for Molokai business owners and entrepreneurs.  Online Business Office Hours is a free, by-appointment service, developed as a partnership with the Kuha`o Business Center (KBC) and the County of Maui Office of Economic Development, to help new and existing business owners explore and transition into the world of online business.

Mark Moran has over 20 years of experience as a web/graphic designer and internet business builder. He was a member of the team that built the popular movie review website, Rotten Tomatoes, designed websites for clients such as Warner Brothers, Disney and ABC, and for 10 years was the webmaster for international action star, Jet Li, both in the U.S. and China.  After working on several successful web projects in Asia, such as building a Hong Kong-based social networking site for artists, and creating a design methodology workshop for Chinese business analysts, Mark and his wife, Ruhi, moved to Molokai in 2013.  Mark’s most recent client project was building an online platform which generated over $200,000 in its first 16 months of operation.  He loves to collaborate with business owners, both big and small, to help them understand their online options and transition into the world of internet business.  You can see examples of Mark’s work at markcmoran.com.
