Many Mahalos

The ohana of the late Maxine “Macky” Healani Manintin would like to send a big mahalo to the following people for the love shown during the passing of our mom on May 7, 2011. Uncle Lance and Aunty Marva Lee Lin Kee of Maui, Aunty Sarah Horcajo of Lanai, Engine 9 of Hoolehua Fire Station, the EMS, Queens Hospital, MGH, Poaha Ohana, Uncle Sonny and Aunty Betty Tabilagan/Bike Riders, Bradda Kaniela and Lilinoe, Puailihau/Bush, Kimo and Tanya Pule, Jr. and Ruthie Toledo, Molokai Mortuary Uncle Moku and Aunty Lori Buchanan, Moanalua Mortuary, Class of ‘75 and ‘74, Aunty Addie and Uncle Eddie Delos Reyes, Gramma Kanee and Papa Ernest Wright and Ohana, Pastor Isaac Gloor, Rev. Eko Duvauchelle, Pastor Brandon Joao, John Poaha Sr., those who donated towards the potluck on Friday night (May 27th) jam session, the Reyes ohana, Pule ohana, Manintin ohana, Marcellino ohana, Puailihau ohana, Aunty Mildred Knight of Florida, Leo and Romaine, Kaneakua ohana, Aunty Pat Bivens, da sistas who were the emcee for Friday and Saturday celebration Anake Kehau Pule and Anake Jo Ann Manintin — you guys brought so much joy during a time of sorrow –  Maunaloa General Store and the people of Maunaloa for their monetary donations, Aunty Beverly Pauole-Moore, Section 8th Luana, QLCC/Aunty Barbara Kalipi, OBoy Pedro of Alulike, Norma Dudoit with MedQuest, Uncle Gabby and Aunty Maryann Manintin, Uncle Matt Suyat and Aunty Nani Suyat, Uncle Sonny Manintin, Mark Puailihau, Jonathan Kaneakua, Trina DeLima, Braddah Ku, and all of mom’s dearest friends. 

If I have forgotten anyone please forgive me and know that our warmest gratitude and thank you goes out to you as well. My mom passed away on Oahu and her services were held on May 27th and 28th at the Poaha’s Homestead in Hoolehua. On behalf of my mom’s brothers and sisters the Marcellino and Manintin ohana and her children, Corena (Marco) Wright, Kammy (Mahele) Manintin, Leroy (Tihana) Wright, Kalani and Malia Reyes and Dawn (Jason) Paaluhi, thank you all so very much and God bless.  As mom would always say, thank you my love!
