Raymond Kalilikane, Jetta and Kaina Alcon, Ale and Puanani Bishaw, Kaleo & Lori Bishaw, Kaleo and Sonya Domingo, Lono and Su, Na Ohana Hoaloha, Hula Halau Ka Malo O Kalani, Maile Silva, Lori and Moku Buchanan, Molokai General Hospital, Queen’s Medical Center, Scotty Schaeffer and American Medical Response, Air Ambulance Service of Oahu, Apostolic Faith Church and Choir, The Molokai Dispatch, all of the aunties & uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, grandchildren, to those friends who had met Aunty Dora through her music playing at Hotel Molokai, The Lodge, and at Coffees of Hawaii, and to our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ.  E kala mai kakou if we forgot to mention anybody!
