On Saturday, the Lady Farmers continued their good play beating the Pine Lasses in three sets again 25-14, 25-10 and 25-21. McCutcheon and Mowat added nine kills each and Ringor had 19 assists.
Molokai will now travel to Seabury for two big matches at Olinda this weekend. Seabury is also undefeated early in the MIL Division II season at 3-0.
Molokai Head Coach Mahea Rawlins was happy with her team’s performance and is looking forward to this weekend’s matchup with Seabury.
“We worked on some rotations in prepping ourselves for the Seabury games,” she said. “We got everybody playing and every player on and off the court was an important aspect of the game. Our team chemistry is building and players are taking care of each other. We have a big game this weekend and girls are working extra hard for it. As long we stick together and do our duty we shall succeed and I’m super proud of our team.”
