The Molokai High School Girls Cross Country team competed on Maui at Kamehameha School last Saturday and Head Coach Kabbie Bicoy Juario was pleased with her team’s performance.
“Both the JV and the Varsity Lady Farmers did a good job at the Maui Kamehameha course,” she said. “They battled for their spots and made it to the finish strong. It was a good experience and they know now how to prepare themselves for MIL Championships at Kapalua on Oct. 21.”
The top three finishers for Molokai were Alea Davis in 29th place with a time of 26:11, Keeya Bicoy in 30th with 26:13 and Cameryn Kahalewai in 40th with a time of 27:23.
