Dionecia “Nan” Espaniola Cabango, 86, of Hilo, died February 14, 2010 at home. Born Aug. 23, 1923, in Papaaloa, she was a housewife and member of the Hilo Salvation Army. Friends may call from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire. Survived by son, Albert (Pearl) Cabango of Hilo; daughters, Priscilla (Joe) Sibayton, Diana (George) Sakoda, Elizabeth (Albert) Alejandro, of Hilo, Eleanor (Ronald) Jackson, Carol Ann (Carver) Clinton, of Virginia; daughter-in-law, Sheila Cabango of Hilo; brothers, Joe (Thea) Espaniola, Moses Espaniola, of Maunaloa, Molokai, George (Margie) Espaniola of Kurtistown, Phillip (Momi) Espaniola of Hilo; sisters, Helen Tolentino, Victoria (Cosmedin) Quiocho, Judy (Raymond) Cabison, of Hilo; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
