Diana Hanae Misaki

Diana Hanae Misaki, age 96, of Kaunakakai, Hawaii peacefully passed away at home on Dec. 15, 2023. Diane was born on Maui and raised in Spreckelsville. After attending a cafeteria management school, she came to Molokai to work at Holomua School and later Kilohana School.
She met Mike Misaki and married on Maui. After having three children, she worked at Misaki’s. In her spare time, she volunteered as a leader in Cub Scouts, Brownies and 4-H. Mike and Diane loved to travel, but her passion was singing!
She is survived by her children Kevin, Gil and Lorri, grandchildren Kristen, Kory and Kumu, and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Feb. 3, at Kalaiakamanu Hou Church at 11 a.m., with visitation at 9 a.m.
