Molokai Student Among 3 Scholarship Recipients

The Josh Jerman Maui Nui Scholarship program recently awarded three Maui County high school graduates scholarships of $1,000 each. This year’s recipients are Sarah Jenkins from Molokai High School, Marc Pader from Lanai High School and Ja`ie Victorine-Dyment from Hana High and Elementary School. In the fall, Jenkins will be attending Duke University, where she plans to study environmental engineering. Pader will be attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with plans to major in architecture. Victorine-Dyment will be attending the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, where she will pursue a degree in psychology.
“It is always an honor to get any type of recognition for hard work and dedication in accomplishing my personal and academic goals; however, I believe getting a scholarship is an investment in me as a person,” said Jenkins.…
