Sha`Kea Lee `Arenui Alohalani Kaipalaoa Kulialeilehua Paleka-Freeman

On April 5, 2010, at 11 a.m., the good Lord above blessed this world with another precious little girl, Sha`Kea Lee `Arenui Alohalani Kaipalaoa Kulialeilehua Paleka-Freeman. She was 7 lbs, 4.4 oz and 20 inches long. She is the first child of Shataina Paleka and Keala Freeman. She is also the first grandchild for Penny Paleka, John and Lana Lee Freeman, Roland Porgatorio, and John Gomard and the first great-grandchild of Robert and Barbara Paleka.

Also welcoming her into this world is her uncesl and aunties, Sonny and Rhonda Paleka, Kaipo Porgatorio, Jenu Gomard and Kaeya Cummings, and cousins Laiku, Kahili and Aulii. Godparents are Myndrene “Shiko” Kamai-Lenwai, Lehua Kauka Kuuleimaile Duvauchelle-Kalilikane, Kaipo Porgatorio, Kolu Poepoe and Robert Munoz.

Jairus William Makoupomaika'i Torres-Umi was born on April 22, 2010 at 4:23pm at Queen Medical Center to Brittany Rawlins and Shiloh Torres-Umi.  Baby Jairus is welcomed by maternal grandparents Tina and Walter "Braj" Rawlins as well as his paternal grandparents Esther and Bill Umi.

Kyran Kaiwi Kahokunoweokukahi Place Calairo was born on February 16, 2010 at 1:26 a.m. at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu.  He was born 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 19 inches long.  Parents are Delvarie Calairo and Charlton Place.  His proud grandparents are Audwin Calairo and Nani Duvauchelle and Belzie and Kaiwi Place.  His great grandparents are John and Maggie Duvauchelle, Thelma Shimaoka, Clara Calairo, Rhinehart and Julie Place, and Annette Aipia.  His Hawaiian name was blessed and given to him by his Aunty Kuulei and Pilahi Arce meaning “The Brightest Outstanding Star”.

Makayla Ire Kristine Kimberly Igaya was born on February 24, 2010 at 7:11 p.m. at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu. She was born 7 lbs, 7 oz and 19 ½ inches long. Proud parents Stephanie Price and Ricky Igaya welcomed her as their first child. Grandparents Reveena and Ramon Igaya of Kona, Steve and Tina Price of Molokai, Uncle Zach Price, Uncle Ramon Igaya of Oklahoma and Aunt Rachelle Igaya of Kona also welcomed her into the world.

Proud parents Hoku Dudoit and Nyla Chang of Long Beach, CA welcomed Ho'ala Kamakana i "Hi'ilei" Ke'ala'ona'ona 'o Ku'upua Pakalana Dudoit, on February 26, 2010, at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8lb, 9oz, and was 21 inches long.



Grandparents Dukie and Lynette Negrillo-Dudoit of Pearl City, and
Ruth Akiko and Douglas Chang of Lahaina, and great-grandparents Kalama Pila of Pearl City, Howard Yokotake of Hanalei, and Donald and Marcia Chang of Pearl City also welcomed her into the world.

Proud parents Frank Keoni Castro and Kekai Tapuro, her twin brothers, Kekoa and Kaiea, welcome their new sister, Kale`a Jade, on January 28, 2010. she weighed 6 lbs 12 oz, 19 inches long. Her grandparents, Frank Castro and Joyce Woolsey and Josedino and Malia Tapuro of Maui also welcome the bundle of joy. Tutu Marshelle Castro of Molokai is grateful for her first granddaughter after five grandsons, Tre, Ryder, Rhys, Kekoa and Kaiea.

Atiana Hau'oli Puailihau was born on December 23,2009 at 8:23 a.m. Kapiolani Women and Children Medical Center, in Honolulu, O'ahu to first time proud parents Kimoha'e and Leonani Puailihau of Makakilo, O'ahu.  She weighed in at 7 lbs. 6 oz., 19 1/4 in. tall.  Proud Grandparents are Kimo and Ziona Puailihau of Ho'olehua, Moloka'i, Randy and Doris DeGuzman, Herbie Duncan Jr. of Honolulu, O'ahu, Great Grandparents Boris and Loretta Lenchanko, Herbie Sr. & Carol Duncan of Honolulu O'ahu, and Great Great Grandfather of Maui also welcomed her into the world.
