Seeking Coaches

Molokai High Athletics Dept. News Release

The Molokai High School Athletic Department is currently creating a list of qualified applicants for coaching positions in a number of sports. If interested please pick up a coaching application at the front office or Athletic Directors office in the Gym. The deadline to turn in applications for the 2015-2016 season is August 3, 2015. Please contact Molokai High School 567-6950 (ext. 297) or the Athletic Dept. at 567- 6959.

Requirements Recommended
1. National Federation High School Fundamentals in coaching certification (NFHSlearn.com)
2. Current First Aide/CPR certification and current NFHS concussion certification
3. The ability to organize and supervise a total sports program
4. Previous successful coaching experience in assigned sports program
5. Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and ability to examine new theory and procedures pertinent to the field

Requirements Prior to employment
1. TB Clearance
2. Background Check
3. Criminal History Record
4. Schedule fingerprinting with complex office
