Molokai Properties; Limited is Responsible for the Shut Down

It is very obvious that MPL's poor business planning and management is responsible for the closure of Molokai Ranch, as well as, the persons above who hired incompetent people to do the job.

MPL for a long time had stated that they were losing $$ each year. Could not our people see that any business who loses $$ and unable to recover its losses will eventually close? As Mr. Peter Nicholas stated, "The decision is purely a business one."

Now, who is really responsible for the "SHUT DOWN," = MPL!!
