Baseball Coaches invited to free presentation by visiting College Coaches in Wailuku

Baseball coaches of all levels & organizations are invited to the Baseball Academy of the Pacific’s 2010 High School showcase camp this Saturday at the Iron Maehara Baseball Stadium in Wailuku.  The camp features local college hopefuls from across the state which will learn from and work with Mainland college coaches including: Christopher Brown of San Diego City College (CA), Blake Kangas of Feather River Community College (CA), David Yamane of Long Beach City College and Lahainaluna Standout Blaine Bernades who now coaches at Mesa State (CO).

The camp begins with instruction & testing techniques from 10 to 12pm, then presentations by the college coaches covering preparing, qualifying, and applying for collegiate sports from 1:30-3pm. Included in the presentation is featured speaker David Yamane’s Mental Skills Training for ballplayers.  Live competition follows from 4-7pm, which is open to viewing by the public from the grandstands.  To obtain a coaches pass or for more event information, call 808-250-6835 or visit www.baseballacademypacific.com
